About us

Fixing a problem shouldn't require a law degree

FileComplaint.online was created to make complaint-related information easier to understand, so anyone can look up their issue, learn what to document, and find the right place to send it.

Why we exist

When a product breaks, a service is cancelled without a refund, or a bank charges an unexpected fee, most people simply want to know what to do next.

Unfortunately, the dispute process is often frustrating and confusing. Companies frequently route customers through automated phone trees and chatbot loops. Government regulatory websites, while helpful, can be difficult to navigate and filled with dense legal terminology.

We believe that resolving a legitimate problem shouldn't require a law degree. Anyone should be able to look up their issue, learn what documents they need, write a clear message, and find the appropriate channel to submit it.

What we do

Practical help from first message to final escalation

  • Explain the steps

We outline the standard procedure for resolving consumer, financial, retail, and service disputes.

  • Provide writing examples

We show how to format letters so customer service desks can evaluate the facts quickly.

  • Point to official channels

We direct people toward the relevant regulators, ombudsmen, and consumer protection agencies.

  • Offer personal guidance

If you need help structuring your issue, describe what happened and we'll suggest next steps.

What we don't do

Clear about our limits, so you can trust our help

  • We are not a government agency, a law firm, or a formal dispute arbitration service.
  • We do not file legal actions or represent you in court.
  • We never request passwords, PINs, one-time codes, or confidential banking credentials.
